Pawsh Penny Refund & Return Policy

At Pawsh Penny, we want you and your pup to love every item you receive. We proudly stand behind the quality and craftsmanship of our products, and we’re committed to making sure you’re completely satisfied with your purchase. If something isn’t quite right, or if you need a different size or style, we’ll do everything we can to make it right.


Returns

To start a return, please visit our Returns Center or contact us directly.

To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original condition and packaging.

  • Returns received within 30 days of the original ship date will be refunded in full, minus shipping charges.

  • Returns received within 31–60 days of the original ship date will receive store credit.

  • Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns after 60 days from the original ship date.

Refunds will be issued to your original form of payment and typically processed within 5 business days once the return is received. The refund will include the product price and any applicable sales tax.

Customers are responsible for return and exchange shipping costs unless we made an error or the item arrived damaged — in that case, we’ll provide a complimentary return label.

Because some products (like harnesses or beds) may vary in size and fit, please review our Sizing Guide before ordering to help avoid unnecessary return costs.


Exchanges

We don’t currently offer direct exchanges, but you can easily return any new, unused item for a refund and then place a new order for your preferred size or style.
During the returns process, you’ll receive a coupon for free exchange shipping to make the swap simple and stress-free.
